For a yummy, light summer-salad just put some cranberries, pine nuts or walnuts, pomegranate, coriander and mint leaves, some salad leaves, some peeled orange, green onions, celery, goat cheese (if preferred) in a bowl and set aside. In a small bowl, for the dressing, add together some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic and some of your lemon based honey. Pour this delicious dressing in your bowl of salad. You may add salt or pepper to taste.
Make a nice summery, thirst quenching drink by just adding some lemon honey, some more lemon juice, some crushed mint leaves and crushed celery and enjoy a nice healthy drink.
