This blending process allows for a perfect crystallisation to give the honey a creamy yet non-drippy texture. Creamed honey has more of a buttery texture, crafted only with pure honey and our infusions put together.

We do not add anything to it other than honey and pure fruits and spices. We do not add any dairy to it at all. To maintain the perfect spreadability of Creamed honey, it is best to keep it in a cool environment, away from the heat.

It is not necessary to refrigerate creamed honey but it should be kept away from heat to maintain its creamy consistency. The heat would just liquify the consistency. So, during warmer months, it might be best to keep it in the refrigerator to keep its spreadability intact. In slightly colder months, the creamed honey should be kept in the kitchen pantry to maintain its spreadability.
